A Lover’s Symphony

If you love her, tell her so. Keep her close to your heart. Let her know she’s the one for you, and you’ll love no other. Don’t let her go. Don’t let her slip away like butter through your fingers. If she loves you and tells you so, don’t take her words at second best. Tell her though, you won’t let your heart be played like a violin. Don’t let her tug on your heart strings. To her, you may merely be one of the many instruments in her orchestra. You are only one piece in her symphony. So take on the roll that she has given you. Learn to read the music she has placed before you. Anticipate all her moves. She waits for no one but herself until you take the lead. Switch the roles. If she loves you, she will follow your lead. However, if she does not follow, it was not meant to be. But do not hate her, for you will find another. This was only be a change in the beat. The time and meter have changed and so have you. She was merely and instrument in you orchestra, and a piece in your symphony. One day you will find the right pitch, the right harmony. Together you will make music more beautiful than words can describe. Together, as one, in that orchestra of yours, the two of you will make a symphony that will last a lifetime!
